  Amputee Coalition of America is a great place to connect, I highly recommend joining their Facebook group. In the group you have a wide range of people in all circumstances willing to help and answer questions. It is also just nice to know how many are going through the same thing.

      Advance Arm Dynamics is located in Dallas TX. Being an upper arm amputee I know how hard it can be to find a great prosthetic arm doctor, due to the fact leg amputations are more common. AAD devote all their time to arm amputees, which is awesome! While in the hospital I had a Skype meeting with AAD, they were so nice and ready to answer any questions I had.They sent me more than enough information in the mail as well. Check them out! Check out their stories from others that they have helped as well.
